Shreya Tripathi

Shreya Tripathi has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Lead of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at HDFC Bank since April 2016. In this role, Shreya manages Talent Acquisition Technology, process initiatives, policy, audit, and compliance. Prior positions at HDFC Bank include Assistant Vice President in various capacities focusing on technology and process initiatives. Shreya's earlier experience includes a brief HR internship at DCB Bank, where contributions were made to employee promotions and satisfaction survey analysis, and a technical associate role at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets. Shreya holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad.
