Vibha Roy

Vibha Roy, PMP®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and user experience strategy. Currently serving as Vice President at HDFC Bank since October 2019, Vibha has held multiple roles including Deputy Vice President and Assistant Vice President, focusing on UX research and strategy within New Media Technologies. Prior to HDFC Bank, Vibha was a Managing Consultant at IBM from June 2007 to October 2019, where the most notable project managed was the SBI YONO initiative. Earlier career highlights include roles as Marketing Manager and User Experience Designer at Network Programs (India) Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed brand development and website design. Vibha holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
