Shraddha Shetty

Shraddha Shetty is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at HDFC Life since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR for Corporate and Tech Functions and heading HR for HDFC Pension Management Company. Previously, Shraddha held the role of AVP - Human Resources at HDFC Life with a focus on corporate and tech functions as well as the West Region's commercial functions. Prior to HDFC Life, Shraddha worked at Bunge from February 2019 to October 2021 as the Human Resources Lead for Commercial Functions, overseeing various HR aspects including talent acquisition and employee engagement. Shraddha's career also includes a significant tenure at PepsiCo from February 2009 to February 2019, where roles spanned Human Resources Manager for Talent Management and Organizational Development, and Human Resources Business Partner for Sales and other functions. Education includes a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources from Mumbai University.
