Hal Lewis

Hal Lewis is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HDR since December 1998, Hal leads the integration of new acquisitions and supports intercompany marketing among HDR's business units while being involved in due diligence for potential acquisitions. Prior to HDR, Hal held the position of Senior Project Manager at CSX from December 1995 to December 1998, where responsibilities included planning and executing major railway improvements, managing large teams of staff and consultants. Earlier, Hal was a Branch Manager at Ralph Whitehead Associates from December 1986 to December 1995, where expansion efforts into Northeast Florida were spearheaded and numerous projects were managed. Hal holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Jacksonville University.
