Jennie Villa

Jennie Villa has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager for Talent Development at HDT Global since July 2014, Jennie has also held the position of Senior Organizational Development Specialist. Prior to HDT Global, Jennie was HR Manager at NSL Analytical Services, Inc. and Nook Industries. Earlier career experiences include the role of Director, EMBA at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and various HR positions at Nestlé, including Manager of Change Management and HR Manager for Sales and Frozen divisions. Jennie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the Weatherhead School of Management and two Bachelor's degrees from Michigan State University in Business/Human Resource Management and Business with a focus on Hospitality Management.
