Veronica Gilbert

Veronica Gilbert, MBA, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at HDT Global since September 2023, previously holding the position of Vice President of Human Resources from May 2011 to May 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Veronica has demonstrated a strong ability to foster positive organizational culture, enhance team development, and improve HR operations, focusing on strategic alignment, talent retention, and performance management. Additional roles include HR Director and Corporate Compensation & Benefits, where strategic partnerships with business leaders were key to aligning HR and business unit strategies. Prior to their tenure at HDT Global, Veronica taught as a Human Resource Instructor at Lorain County Community College and managed benefits and compensation at Moen Incorporated from 1991 to 2010. Veronica holds an MBA in Business/HR from Ashland University and an honorary degree in Wisdom from Life Lessons University.
