Michael Evertz

Michael Evertz has over 15 years of experience in software development, primarily focused on embedded systems, digital audio and video processing, and professional equipment. Currently serving as Team Leader of Firmware Development and Software Engineer at HEAD acoustics GmbH since February 2017, Michael previously worked as a Software Engineer at devolo AG and AixSolve GmbH. Michael's early career includes roles as an Assistant Researcher at the Institut für Nachrichtentechnik, RWTH Aachen, and an intern at 7 layers, Inc., alongside experience as a Student Researcher at the Institute for Integrated Signal Processing Systems. Michael holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies from RWTH Aachen University, earned between 2001 and 2007.
