Adi Ben Shimol

Adi Ben Shimol is an experienced HR and Operations Manager currently working at Head-On Computer Systems Ltd. since September 2023. Previously, Adi held various managerial roles, including People and Finance Operations Manager at LEMA from December 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing substantial research budgets and complex procurement processes in collaboration with Professor Dan Yemin. Adi also served as Administrative Manager at Tel Aviv University, overseeing procurement for two departments within the Faculty of Engineering. Additionally, Adi gained recruitment experience as a Recruiter at LVP JOBS and as Office Manager at SADOT YAAD-HEN, managing finances for a clinical psychology organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Network Administrator for the Cyber Defense Directorate of the IDF. Adi holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University.
