Ed Feil

Ed Feil has extensive experience in research and leadership roles, serving as a Senior Research Scientist at both the Oregon Research Institute and Influents Innovations since 1993 and 2014, respectively. Feil also holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Validation Training Institute, focusing on communication strategies for individuals with dementia, and served as Chair on the Board of Directors for Head Start Of Lane County from 2012 to 2015. As the owner of Edward Feil Productions LLC since 2003, Feil has also contributed as Co-Owner to Effective Human Services, LLC until 2018. Prior academic experience includes a role as Research Associate at the University of Oregon from 1994 to 2006. Ed Feil holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology and Early Intervention from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Science from the University of Michigan.
