Remigiusz (Remi) Bartas

Remigiusz Bartas, also known as Remi Bartas, has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Remigiusz (Remi) started their career at ENCJA.COM S.A. as a Software Developer, where they developed and maintained web applications using PHP and MySQL. Remigiusz (Remi) then joined XSolve Sp. z o.o. and served as a PHP Developer, acting Team Leader, and later as a Team Leader. In these roles, they led a group of PHP Developers, coordinated projects, and prepared functional and technical documentation. Remigiusz (Remi) also gained experience in using technologies such as symfony, MySQL, SOAP, SVN, Git, Doctrine, UML, and jQuery, and worked in SCRUM and Agile methodologies.

After XSolve, Remi joined E Net Production as a PHP Developer, where they developed e-commerce applications for various Polish and worldwide e-commerce companies. Remigiusz (Remi) later became a Product Owner and IT Analyst, responsible for building, managing, and extending an e-commerce platform for major companies. In this role, they also worked with technologies like PHP, MySQL, lighttpd, Apache, and followed methodologies like SCRUM, Agile, SOA, REST, XML, Code Review, and Domain Driven Development.

Currently, Remi is working at HeadChannel as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner. Their main responsibilities include gathering functional and technical requirements, conducting workshops and analysis, preparing documentation and UX interactive prototypes, supporting QA Engineers, and collaborating closely with Development Teams throughout the product life cycle. Remigiusz (Remi) is responsible for backlog management, prioritizing, creating epics and user stories, and conducting planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. Remigiusz (Remi) also conducts market research and supports project management.

Throughout their career, Remi has worked on various projects such as a BI system for the Finance Department of LME company, a mobile application for appointment booking in response to COVID-19, an ERP for a production company, a property management platform, and HR applications for internal use, among others. Remigiusz (Remi) has utilized tools like Enterprise Architect, UXPin, Jira, Confluence, LucidCharts, MS Power BI, and Adobe XD.

Remigiusz (Remi) Bartas pursued their Master's degree from 2004 to 2010 at the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach. During this time, they focused on the field of study involving IT and econometrics.
