Molly Martell is an experienced brand strategist currently serving as the Head of Brand at Headline since February 2021. Prior to this role, Molly spent nearly seven years at Red Antler as Strategy Director for the West Coast, where notable clients included thredUP, Shopbop, and Google. Earlier experience includes positions such as Strategy Lead and Business Development at Tuckernuck, Brand Manager at Victoria Will Photography, and Account Executive at Saatchi & Saatchi, working with brands like General Mills. Molly began their career with various internships, including at the New York Post and Anne Ziegler consultancy, contributing to photography and strategic research. Molly holds a BA in American Studies with a focus in Film & Media Studies from Middlebury College.
