Joel Sprechman has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and consulting. In 1996, they began their career as a Senior Multi-Disciplined Engineer at Raytheon, where they managed the hardware portion of a multi-million dollar domestic intelligence and security surveillance program. In 2001, they joined Themis, now Mercury Systems, as a Senior Sales Engineer, leading sales and technical support functions for three global territories. In 2013, they became an Executive Business Consultant at Good Gut Solution, offering their time, management, sales, marketing, and customer service expertise. In 2014, they started working as a Life and Business Coach with Bill Baren Coaching, and in 2015, they founded Reliable Sales and Marketing and joelsprechman.com. In 2016, they founded One Great Gut, a global community spanning 120+ countries, and in 2022, they began working as a Global Client Services Senior Account Executive at Heads Up, serving Doctors, Coaches, Clinics, Practices, Research Studies, Product inventors, and Institutions looking for health data analytics in a remote health monitoring platform.

Joel Sprechman obtained their BSEE in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo. In 2011, they obtained their Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance and completed the ManKind Project's New Warrior Training Adventure. In 2012, they obtained their Health, Lifestyle & Relationship Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In 2013, they obtained their Adwords Fundamentals Certification from Google. In 2017, they obtained their Certification from Dr. Grace Liu in Microbiome & Nutrigenomic Medicine from The Gut Institute. In 2018-2019, they attended Yale University to study The Science of Well-Being. 🐺Joel also obtained their UPW Unleash the Power Within certification from Tony Robbins in 2019. Additionally, they obtained their Building Effective Prospective Sequencing certification from Sales Gravy University and their Health & Wellness Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
