Eric Napoli

Eric Napoli currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at AirHelp and an Associate Professor at both Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School, and IE Business School, where courses in Business Strategy are taught to practicing attorneys and law students. Napoli previously held significant legal roles at Amadeus IT Group, where responsibilities included leading a global legal team and negotiating commercial agreements across various business units. Additional experience includes consulting for start-ups, serving as Legal Counsel for FON, managing the International MBA program at Instituto de Empresa, and working on environmental law initiatives with USAID. Napoli holds a Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law, an MBA from IE Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Philosophy from American University.
