Itziar Vizcaino Toscano

Itziar Vizcaino Toscano serves as the AVP, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead for Asia & EMEA at MetLife since February 2014, with previous roles at the company including AVP, HR Transformation Lead for EMEA and AVP, Head of HR for Spain & Portugal. In addition, Itziar is the Academic Director and Adjunct Professor at IE Business School since September 2017 and has held the position of Associate Professor at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School since January 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Avon Cosmetics and legal positions at Orange and PwC. Itziar's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master in Human Resources from IE Business School, and advanced studies in Diversity & Inclusion at Cornell University.
