Faizan Ahmed

Faizan Ahmed is a data science and machine learning expert with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Machine Learning at Headstarter, Faizan leads the development of a multimodal AI agent for software engineering interviews and has successfully raised capital from prominent investors. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon as a Business Intelligence Engineer Intern, where Faizan developed machine learning models to enhance marketing initiatives, and at Bloomberg LP as a Global Data Analyst Intern, focusing on data extraction and visualization. Faizan has also been involved in academia as a Machine Learning Research Assistant, where research on COVID-19 detection achieved a significant publication milestone. Educationally, Faizan holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from St. John’s University.
