Pat Dale

Pat has been at Headway since 1985, and has been CEO since 2001. He works with the board, staff, and community to develop effective services that meet the emotional health needs of children, adults, and families.

Pat is involved in several community and civic groups including working as Chair of the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative, serving on the Richfield Rotary, the Richfield Optimists, and is a member of the Hennepin Community Health Improvement Partnership Executive Committee.
