Oleks Yaroshenko

Oleks Yaroshenko has had a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. Oleks began their career in 2016 as a Junior Project Manager at TheRespo | Artellence, where they played a key role in proposing product development solutions and bringing in potential clients. After completing their degree, they returned to the company for a brief period. In 2018, Oleks worked as a Trainee in the Trade and Economic Department at the EU Delegation to Ukraine. Oleks then joined CIVITTA as a Junior Analyst in Management Consulting, where they contributed to projects in different industries and performed data analysis.

Oleks then joined Genesis Tech in 2019, initially as a Senior Analyst in Investment Analysis & Strategy. In this role, they prepared investor materials, conducted business valuations, and performed market and product research. Later, they took on the role of Investments & Strategy Associate before becoming the Investments & Strategy Manager.

In 2021, Oleks joined Headway as the Head of Strategy & Investments. Headway is an EdTech company that focuses on providing edutainment content through a mobile app. In this position, Oleks oversees the company's strategy and investments and contributes to the development of their core product.
