Lena Neff

Lena Neff (Bochukova) currently serves as Strategy & Operations Manager at Headway since October 2023. Previously, Lena held the position of Manager at Bain & Company from January 2021 to July 2023 and was a Business Development Intern at ZOLA Electric for the latter half of 2020. Additional experience includes an internship as an Investor at Credo Ventures in 2019 and a role as Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2014 to April 2018. Early career highlights include a Communications Intern role at The Joyce Foundation in 2013. Lena Neff holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, as well as a BA in Government and Statistics from Harvard University.
