Niko Karvounis

Niko Karvounis is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Headway since April 2024, Niko previously held key positions at Plaid, including Head of Developer Platform and Head of Product for Financial Data Connectivity. Niko co-founded Quovo, where leadership as Chief Product Officer continued until the company's acquisition by Plaid in 2019. Earlier roles include positions at LexisNexis as an Associate in Data Analytics and Platform, HUGE as a Product Strategy Associate, The Century Foundation as a Program Officer focusing on Health Care and Economic Inequality, and Atlantic Media as a Digital Transformation Analyst. Niko holds a B.A. and an MBA from Harvard University, as well as an M.Sc. from the University of Oxford.
