Natesh Bala

Natesh Bala is the current CEO at Healia, and was previously the Group Vice President at Medway Hospitals from December 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the overall strategy and growth of the hospital, acting as a P/L owner and contributing significantly to strengthening operations. Natesh also supervised the clinical departments and was involved in developing and integrating systems for smooth day-to-day hospital operations.

Bala has a proven track record in achieving progressive growth for hospitals and attaining strategic goals and bottom line objectives. Natesh is skilled in coordinating and negotiating with vendors for long-term cost-effective contracts, and has experience in developing standards for assessing the quality of medical care. Natesh Bala has a degree in MBBS from Bangalore University, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes. Natesh also has a certification from Coursera in AI for everyone, and another certification in Corporate Training and Leadership Skills.
