David Kivitz

David Kivitz is an accomplished executive and finance professional with extensive experience in specialty finance and real estate investment. As the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at XS Financial, Inc. since November 2017, Kivitz leads a company that provides financing solutions to established middle-market businesses. Kivitz is also a member of YPO Palm Beach and serves on the Board of Directors for Healing Realty Trust, Inc. Previously, Kivitz co-founded and served as Managing Principal at Alta Verde Group, where significant achievements included acquiring distressed assets and developing luxury residential homes recognized by the LA Business Journal. Early in the career, Kivitz held analyst positions at Hamilton Lane and CapitalSource, focusing on due diligence in private equity and real estate. Kivitz holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
