Stephanie Thomas

Stephanie Thomas is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a People Partner at Healios since November 2022, Stephanie previously held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager at Sandown Group UK from October 2021 to November 2022, overseeing HR functions for the Hampshire & Surrey region of the Sandown Mercedes-Benz group. Stephanie's career at Farrow & Ball spanned from August 2014 to September 2021, where responsibilities included talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement as a People & Development Partner and HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Associate and Advisor at LV= from June 2010 to August 2014. Academically, Stephanie holds a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Development from Reed Business School and a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Management from Bournemouth and Poole College.
