Laurie Doran

Laurie Doran is the SVP, CFO at Health Alliance Plan of Michigan, Inc. Laurie has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Laurie began their career at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in 1995 as the Director of Medical Economics/Director of Actuarial Systems. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the medical cost containment strategy for the organization.

In 2007, Laurie left Harvard Pilgrim to join BMC HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan as their Chief Operating Officer - Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the customer operations and marketing divisions of the company. In 2018, they left BMC HealthNet to join Health Alliance Plan.

Laurie has a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. Laurie is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the financial aspects of healthcare. Her experience in both operational and financial roles makes their an asset to any organization.

Laurie Doran completed their MPH at Yale University and their BS in Health Management and Policy at the University of New Hampshire.

Laurie Doran reports to Michael Genord, President, CEO. They are on a team with and Margaret Anderson - SVP, Chief Sales Marketing Officer.
