Roger Combs

Roger Combs began their IT career in 1985 at Michigan HMO Plans, where they were responsible for all IT functions. Roger then moved on to OmniCare HealthPlan as a Programmer Analyst, supporting various aspects of the company. In 1989, they joined United American HealthCare as a Senior Programmer Analyst/Consultant, working on client server architecture and healthcare software. Roger later joined Health Alliance Plan, where they held various roles, including Team Leader for the IT Managed Care Team and Manager of Medical & Business Informatics for the Managed Care Team. Currently, they serve as the Director of Information Technology for Medical Management and Provider Teams at Health Alliance Plan.

Roger Combs attended Macomb Community College from 1979 to 1982, where they earned an associate degree in Accounting. Following this, they pursued higher education at Walsh College from 1982 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in the field of study of Business.
