Jennifer Sanchez

Jennifer Sanchez is an experienced case manager with a strong background in health and human services, currently serving as a Case Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing at the Health Care Center for the Homeless since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a case manager at New Beginnings of Central Florida from July 2018 to March 2021, and held the position of Medical Case Manager and Housing Property Manager Assistant at Commonwealthlandtrust from June 2014 to May 2018. Jennifer began the career at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, where duties included serving as a Medical Case Manager and Lead Medical Assistant from March 1994 to April 2014. Education includes an Associate's degree in health human services obtained from Ultimate Medical Academy between 2018 and 2020.
