Billy Malherbe

Billy Malherbe is a skilled professional with diverse experiences in military, auditing, research, automation, business analysis, and software engineering. Currently serving as a Combat Medic in the US Army since July 2024, and working as an Internal Auditor Data Analyst at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County since April 2023, Billy possesses strong capabilities in medical care, data analysis, and operational efficiency. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at NTHU ISS, where expertise in double machine learning was developed, an Automation Specialist at HEINEKEN HAITI, and various positions focused on business process and data analysis. Billy holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ecole Superieure d'Infotronique d'Haiti.
