Michael Maldonado

Michael Maldonado has over a decade of diverse experience in IT, currently serving as a Voice and Collaboration Engineer at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County since August 2013. Previous roles within the organization include Senior Desktop Engineer, Desktop Engineer, IT Field Service Coordinator, and Help Desk Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed Active Directory management, healthcare software support, and hardware troubleshooting. Additionally, Michael served as an IT Specialist in the Florida Army National Guard from 2006 to April 2012, and held managerial and operational roles at Colchones El Rey and Ross Ice Cream. Education includes studies at Palm Beach State College from 2009 to 2011 and graduation from Forest Hill High School in 2007.
