Michelle Tyler has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Program Administrator at The Salvation Army since April 2021. In addition, Michelle has held the role of Director of Human Resources & Compliance at MIE/P&T Construction, Inc. since June 2010, while also working as an HR Manager for the Health Care District of PBC since February 2009. Michelle's extensive background encompasses all aspects of HR, driven by a passion for working with people and fostering their growth. Michelle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University between 1994 and 1996.
