As Vice President of Support Services and Compliance, Neil is responsible for a broad range of services for their clients, providers, and healthcare professionals, including Credentialing, Provider Services, and Travel & Housing. Together, these teams execute every day with Quality, Service, and Speed, so that their professionals can focus on patient care. Additionally, Neil leads their cross-functional compliance monitoring and reporting efforts, ensuring they continually live their company value of Integrity: Do the Right Thing.
Prior to building and leading the Support Services organization, Neil joined Health Carousel in 2017 as Senior Director of Transformation. In this role, Neil led some of Health Carousel’s most strategic programs including integrating Medical Staffing Options into the Health Carousel family and deploying the first two releases of their enterprise-wide CRM technology.
Before joining Health Carousel, Neil had a distinguished career leading complex projects, programs, and program management offices, including building an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) from scratch at Cincinnati Bell, acting as enterprise portfolio director for U.S. Cellular’s $50M enterprise initiative fund, and 6+ years of client solutions delivery at Accenture.
Neil received an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
