Stacey Stanley

After attending Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Stacey Stanley started her career in the IT industry. Beginning as a salesperson, she became a sales manager, VP of Sales, and eventually a Regional President.

Having recognized a booming healthcare industry in 2003, Stacey became a joint owner in a startup travel nursing business, and the company grew extremely quickly. After 18 months, the owners decided to go in different directions, and she started a second travel nurse company from the ground up. This company rapidly grew, as well, and was acquired in 2008.

Stacey then started a third healthcare staffing company. Next Medical Staffing began with two divisions: allied health and locum tenens. In 2013, the company re-added travel nursing. Next Medical Staffing became an emerging leader in the locum tenens business before joining the Health Carousel family of brands in 2015. Stacey is now an executive member of the Health Carousel leadership team.

Stacey currently serves on the NALTO Board of Directors, the NALTO Marketing Committee, the NALTO Meeting Committee, and has brought a unique history to the changing locum tenens industry with her leadership experience.
