Mark Quincey

Mark Quincey has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Mark started their career at The Boeing Co as a Principal Industrial Engineer, where they developed applications to improve productivity and streamline processes. Mark then moved on to SunCom Wireless, where they led a software development team and managed the IT Help Desk department. Afterwards, Mark worked at Comtrak Logistics as the Director of Information Systems, providing senior leadership and overseeing various technology and information systems. Mark later joined Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) as the Director of Information Systems, responsible for managing IS departments and processing HIPAA compliant EDI transactions. Mark then worked at Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority (NARBHA) as the Director of Information Systems Development. Currently, they are the Director of Information Systems Development at Health Choice, specifically working on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona projects.

Mark Quincey completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Arizona in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach between 1995 and 1999. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Systems & Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, earned between 1983 and 1985.

In addition to their formal education, Mark Quincey has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014, they earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Hospital Sisters Health System. Furthermore, in 2019, they achieved the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
