Chad Lanning

Chad Lanning is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Health Connect America since May 2022. Prior to this role, Chad held significant leadership positions at Compassus from August 2018 to May 2022, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President Chief Accounting Officer. Chad's career began at EY, where a decade of service from October 2007 to August 2018 as a Senior Manager focused on assurance and staff management culminated in a strong foundation in finance. Chad holds a Master's Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University.
