Jennifer Dean

Jennifer Dean has a diverse work experience in the field of social services, with a focus on child welfare and foster care. Jennifer currently holds the position of Area Vice President of Florida at Health Connect America, where they also served as the State Director of Operations for Florida. Prior to that, they worked at Eckerd Connects, initially as a Foster Care Worker and CPS Worker at the City of Essexville. Jennifer then progressed to roles such as Certified Senior Foster Care Case Manager and Placement Coordinator at Directions for Living. At Eckerd Connects, they held various positions, including SPOA Coordinator/Behavioral Health Coordinator, Director of Out of Home Care, and finally, Senior Director of Out of Home Care. In their roles at Eckerd Connects, they led teams, oversaw budgets, and played a crucial role in the organization's senior leadership team.
