Rebecca Falcon Kapusta

Rebecca Falcon Kapusta has a comprehensive work experience, with a focus on compliance and operational roles in healthcare and social services organizations. Rebecca currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Health Connect America since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc. from May 2022 to September 2023.

Rebecca has also served in various roles at the Florida Department of Children and Families since 2006.
