Carly Bass has a diverse work experience that spans from 2008 to the present. Carly has held various roles, including Camp Counselor and Challenge Course Facilitator at Johnsonburg Presbyterian Center, Writing and Publishing Intern at 826NYC/Brooklyn Superhero Supply Company, AmeriCorps VISTA and VISTA Leader at The Center For Family Services, Program Compliance Associate at Women Against Abuse, Inc, and Program Coordinator and Program Director at the Health Federation of Philadelphia. In these roles, Carly has demonstrated strong leadership, program management, and data management skills.

Carly Bass completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Creative Writing at Susquehanna University from 2009 to 2013. Carly later pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Temple University, completing it from 2022 to 2025. Additionally, Carly obtained certifications in CPR from the American Red Cross in November 2017 and as a Domestic Violence Advocate from Women Against Abuse, Inc in the same year.
