Leslie Lieberman

Leslie Lieberman is a seasoned leader in training and organizational development within public health, currently serving as Senior Director at the Health Federation of Philadelphia since March 2007. As part of the leadership team, Leslie guides a 25-person team of consultants to enhance the capacity of health and social service organizations nationwide, focusing on equitable access to care. With extensive experience dating back to positions such as Director at Kaiser Permanente and Contra Costa County, Leslie has successfully developed trauma-informed programs, managed federal initiatives, and raised over $10 million in grants for related services. Leslie holds a BA Cum Laude in English from Carleton College and an MSW in Children and Families, Organizational Management and Planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
