Celeste Reyes, MBA, serves as a Senior Product Management Specialist at Healthfirst since February 2014, overseeing the development cycle of healthcare products and enhancing operational efficiencies. Previous roles include Campaign Supervisor, where strategies were developed to increase member engagement, and Clinical Coordinator/HRA Lead, responsible for coordinating Health Risk Assessment follow-ups and collaborating with medical providers for HEDIS. Prior to Healthfirst, Celeste worked as a Project Coordinator at Free Advertising Inc. Celeste holds an Executive MBA from the Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Penn State University.
