Jen Cohen-Smith is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Medicare at Healthfirst since February 2021, overseeing the performance of Medicare Advantage products and programs. Prior to Healthfirst, Cohen-Smith held senior leadership roles at Beacon Health Options and UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing significant regional P&L and driving strategic initiatives for payer and provider engagement.
