Esther Tinklenberg

Esther joined the Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care team in 2020, after more than 20 years at one of the nation’s largest national durable medical equipment companies. Since joining the company, she has managed Services business in multiple locations and managed several special projects. Esther became head of Thrive SPC’s HME team in March of 2022.

During her career she served in various roles, each with increasing leadership requirements and responsibility. She has extensive national experience in the enteral business. Esther lives in Texas, but travels extensively to Georgia and another home medical equipment (HME) locations.

Esther has a passion for working with people and is eager to grow HME line to make Thrive SPC a true comprehensive care provider for medically fragile children.
