Ashlee Wisdom

Ashlee Wisdom is the Founder and CEO of Health In Her HUE, a digital health platform that connects Black women and women of color to culturally sensitive healthcare providers, culturally relevant health content, and community.

Prior to launching Health In Her HUE, Ashlee was an Emerging Leaders Fellow with Vital Voices Global Partnership, a leadership incubator for women in the United States. Through their fellowship, Ashlee received training, expanded their network, and received mentorship and community support to bring their bold vision for change to life.

Before their work with Vital Voices, Ashlee was a Ready Set Raise Cohort 3 participant with the Female Founders Alliance. As part of their cohort, Ashlee worked to reduce racial health disparities by leveraging the power of technology, media and community to improve health outcomes for women.

Ashlee has also worked with The Aspen Institute and Peer Health Exchange.

Ashlee is passionate about working to reduce racial health disparities and improve health outcomes for Black women and women of color. Ashlee is committed to bringing awareness to health and wellness issues in a relevant, engaging and accessible way.

Ashlee Wisdom received their Master’s Degree in Healthcare Policy & Management from New York University. Prior to that, they received their BS in Psychology / Biology from Howard University. Ashlee also holds an Advanced Regents diploma from The Academy of Mount Saint Ursula. In addition, they have a certification from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative in Human Research - Biomedical Research Investigators and Key Personnel.
