Kathleen Tully, MSPH, is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in technology policy and project management. Currently serving as the Branch Chief for the Alignment Branch at the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy since March 2021, Kathleen acts as a Public Health Subject Matter Expert and manages a portfolio of public health projects in coordination with the Centers for Disease Control. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as a Project Manager for Audacious Inquiry, LLC, focusing on COVID-19 data reporting for the Maryland Department of Health. Earlier experience includes roles at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and athenahealth, where Kathleen honed skills in Medicaid policy, research support, and health information technology. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Development Studies from McGill University.
