Magalie Touré

Magalie Touré is an experienced manager in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Manager of the MLTC Call Center at the Government Administrators Association since November 2021. Touré has also held the position of Manager for GBD Special Programs at Health Insurance since October 2017, where oversight of MLTC operations and staff management are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Manager of Claims Customer Service and Claims Operations at Health Insurance from December 2015 to August 2017, and Supervisor of Medical Claims Operations at Emblem Health from January 1994 to November 2015, supervising a team of 12 and coordinating staff training for medical claims processing.
