Tim Spillane

Timothy Jerome Spillane is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Health Management Associates since August 2019, Timothy identifies opportunities for strategic growth and oversees an M&A advisory practice. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Amerigroup Corporation, where significant revenue growth and shareholder value increase were achieved, and Chief Financial Officer at SynerMed. Additional leadership positions include board memberships and advisory roles in multiple organizations, combined with founding Envest Capital Advisors.
