Joshua B.

Joshua B. has had a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health care. Joshua started their career in 2007 as a Social Worker with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where they worked until 2012. Joshua then joined Holyoke Medical Center as a Social Worker, where they stayed until 2014. In 2014, Joshua joined Fallon Total Care as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, a position they held until 2015. Joshua also worked as a Psychiatric Crisis Clinician at Behavioral Health Network, Inc from 2009 to 2015. Currently, they are working as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Health New England, where they began their role in 2015. In this position, Joshua is responsible for various tasks, including pre-authorization and admission reviews, concurrent reviews, and appeals processing. Joshua also assists with the creation and revision of departmental policies and procedures.

Joshua B. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Saint Michael's College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Joshua then pursued further education at Springfield College, where they completed their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Social Work from 2007 to 2009.
