Kevin Walls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career management, organisational development, and coaching. Currently serving as the Organisational Culture Programme Lead and Career and Transition Centre Manager at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Kevin established a National Career Transition Centre and has delivered numerous career transition workshops and coaching sessions. Previously, Kevin held roles such as Organisational Development Consultant at Counties Manukau Health, where initiatives like "Wellbeing Wednesday" were launched during the COVID pandemic, and Founder of Turning Point Consulting Limited, specializing in bespoke career management solutions. Additional experience includes leadership positions at PeopleScape Australia & New Zealand and Right Management, where Kevin focused on talent management and coaching development across various teams.
