Michael Burcham, Sr., MBA, RRT, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Health Partners Management Group since August 2022. Previously, Burcham held key leadership roles including Vice President of Physician Practices at Lake Regional Health System from January 2017 to August 2022, Chief Executive Officer at Thayer County Health Services from August 2013 to August 2022, and President & Chief Executive Officer at Black River Medical Center from 2011 to August 2022, managing the operations of various healthcare facilities. Burcham's extensive experience also includes serving as President & CEO at Poplar Bluff Medical Partners from April 2006 to August 2022 and Executive Director of Physician Practice Management at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center from 1994 to 2006. Burcham's educational background includes an MBA from William Woods University and a B.B.A. from Sterling College, along with a Certificate of Completion in Respiratory Therapy from Creighton University.
