Sara Meinhardt

Sara Meinhardt, RN, BSW, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director at Jefferson Health Plans since July 2017. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions at Health Partners Plans from 2010 to 2017, including Care Coordinator for Medicare and Special Needs Case Manager for Medicaid.
