Bob Chin

Bob Chin is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with significant experience in health insurance and provider network management, currently serving at PayMedix and Health Payment Systems, Inc. since February 2021, and as a cofounder and CIO of Constitution Health, Inc. since 2017. Bob is also the Founder and CEO of Newport Management, specializing in HealthTech and InsureTech consulting, and CoFounder & Managing Partner at Bull Moose Capital, a family office hedge fund. Additional roles include Venture Partner Investor at JumpCloud and former Board Observer and Angel Investor at Bradford Networks, which was acquired by Fortinet. Educational credentials include a BA in Applied Mathematics & Environmental Science from Harvard University and attendance at Boston Latin School.
