Betty Clark

Betty Clark has had a progressive career in the legal field, with experience in various roles related to health plan regulation and compliance. Betty served as Chief Legal and General Counsel at Health Plan of San Joaquin, Attorney III at the California Department of Managed Health Care, and Regulatory Affairs Counsel at San Francisco Health Plan. Additionally, they held positions at Alameda Alliance for Health, City and County of San Francisco, Bay Area Legal Aid, Ford & Harrison LLP, American Cancer Society, and Latham & Watkins, showcasing a diverse background in legal practice and public service.

Betty Clark obtained a B.S. in Psychobiology with a Minor in Spanish from UCLA. Betty later pursued a J.D. with a TI:GER Program Certificate in Intellectual Property from Emory University School of Law in 2010. Betty is also a licensed attorney in the State of California.
