Emmanuella Asabor

Emmanuella Asabor serves as the Vice President of Research at A18i Capital since August 2022. Concurrently, Emmanuella is an MD-PhD student at Yale School of Medicine, where studies are ongoing from 2016 to 2024. Emmanuella has also held the position of Doctoral Fellow with Health Policy Research Scholars since September 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Surgical Safety Project Analyst at Montefiore Health System, Health Policy and Homelessness Research Associate at NYU Langone Medical Center, and Mellon Mays Undergraduate Research Fellow at Harvard University. Additional relevant positions include a Summer Human Rights Fellow at Humanity in Action, Private Sector Team Intern at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and Maternal and Child Health Case Manager at Boston Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in History of Medicine from Harvard University, a Master’s Degree in African Studies from the University of Cambridge, and ongoing MD-PhD studies at Yale School of Medicine.
